YDS completed design renderings for the adaptive reuse of three historic homes on a single lot in Ohio City's Hingetown neighborhood, envisioned as a network of complementary commercial tenants.

The imagined mix of a modern spa / wellness studio and hospitality spaces share a common exterior courtyard space keeping the site active and vibrant throughout the day and into the evening.
