Our clients for this 2,300sf new home brought us the rare opportunity to design for a vacant lot in the heart of our home town of Lakewood, Ohio. Over the past few months, we have worked closely with them to develop an efficient and functional 3-bedroom 2-1/2 bath design with all the modern amenities. The homes exterior fits the neighborhood context and meets the city guidelines aimed at preserving the historic character of the Lakewood community.
