YDS provided design services for a new 3-story residence in Ohio City (Cleveland, Ohio). The home features a first floor open kitchen / living room, office and powder room, a second floor primary suite and second bedroom, and a third floor bedroom, bathroom, game room and large covered terrace. The exterior design features cement board cladding, 2 covered porches and a large 3rd floor canopy. Construction started in November 2022.
