Our Guthrie Avenue project in Ohio City reimagines a compact single family home with a new second-floor primary suite addition to accomodate our clients growing family.
New historically-appropriate windows, siding, and trim treatments, a new front porch entry, and a new rear entry carry the home’s familiar character into its next chapter.
We're excited to continue to make improvements like this to our urban fabric and communities we've been apart of for many years. We can't wait to see this transformation take shape!
