Introducing 30 West, a new multifamily development coming to the Clark-Fulton neighborhood. The project has recently received Planning Commission approval from the City of Cleveland and will bring a 21-unit, three-story apartment building to the area.
Designed to leverage its Transit-Oriented Development zoning, the project emphasizes walkability and bike accessibility, featuring a pedestrian pathway that runs through the center of the site as well as a dedicated enclosed bike storage structure. The development aims to thoughtfully increase neighborhood density while providing modern, efficient rental units suited for the local workforce and urban-minded residents.
Key design elements include a central common courtyard, contemporary entry porches, and a refined material palette highlighted by vertical wood slat cladding and black windows and trim.
