Introducing "Unity Six"- a new development on E 89th St in Cleveland that will introduce 6 new 3-unit buildings designed to provide attainable workforce housing.

The project includes a mix of 1-bedroom/1-bath and 2-bedroom/2-bath units, each approximately 775 – 850 SF.

The design blends traditional gable roofs that reflect the existing character of the street with modern design elements such as flat porch canopies and enlarged eaves that carry down to grade, creating a vertical fin for screening and privacy. The project also features dedicated surface parking, an amenity space / dog park, and pocket park.

This development seeks to transform underutilized land into safe, modern, and attainable homes contributing to a more welcoming and connected E. 89th St in the Farifax neighborhood. We are excited to see construction commence in Summer 2026.
