YDS designed this modern pool house, outdoor kitchen and patio in Rocky River. The pool house features a low-slope roof with high openings to bring in natural light while maintaining privacy. The structures materials feature a combination of natural stone veneer with warm wood plank cladding to create a clean, contemporary aesthetic that plays off the materials of the existing home.

The overall design focuses on creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience for enjoying the pool, relaxing, and entertaining.
